The Terrapin, Fillmore and Avalon is a small but happy Garden Railroad nestled in the front yard of Nell and Jim Skinner in beautiful Westville, Oklahoma. Construction started in March of 2006 and continues today, with planning for a Phase II track construction project in the works.
